The contents, language, price and any access conditions of each purchase are those described on its product page and in your order confirmation. A sample or free mock is a demonstration and does not provide access to an entire paid package.
Where a product or translation is described as being in development, contact us to confirm its availability and delivery schedule before ordering. Preparation does not guarantee success in a competition, inclusion on a reserve list or employment.
Please check the selected product, specialist field, language for each part, quantity and total price before submitting an order. Prices are shown in euros. The payment methods and final amount are displayed during checkout. Contact us promptly if your selection or contact details are incorrect. Changes depend on the status of the order and do not restrict your statutory rights.
E-books and online practice are digital products unless the product description expressly states otherwise. Delivery may be by email, download link or learning-platform access, as specified for the product. Check your spam folder and contact us if the stated delivery period has passed or if a file or access link does not work.
An internet connection and a compatible browser or PDF reader may be required. Any access period or technical requirements stated on the product page apply to that purchase.
Your purchase grants personal study access to the supplied material. You may print an e-book for your own study unless a specific licence states otherwise. Sharing account credentials, distributing files, uploading the material publicly, reselling it or reproducing it for commercial or group use requires prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Respect any copyright notice included in the material.
Free mock exams are independent practice material. Follow the instructions for each test, including its time limits and submission rules. Enter accurate contact details when requesting results or support. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, interfere with other users or gain unauthorised access to accounts or content.
Where applicable, consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. To notify us, email yourstudy21@gmail.com with your name, order reference, purchase date and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use this wording: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for [product/service], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Order reference: [reference]. Date: [date].”
For digital content, the right of withdrawal can be lost after supply begins only where the legal requirements are met, including your prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of that right and the required confirmation. Accepting these general terms alone does not provide that separate consent. Services have their own applicable withdrawal rules.
If content is not supplied, is defective or does not match the agreed description, contact us for assistance. Your applicable rights to a remedy, price reduction, termination or refund remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
We aim to keep information accurate and correct reported errors. Competition dates and requirements can change; verify them with EPSO. Third-party websites, payment services and test platforms have their own terms and availability. If an interruption prevents access to purchased material, contact us so that we can investigate and arrange appropriate support.
For order questions, access problems or complaints, contact yourstudy21@gmail.com and include your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. These terms do not limit any mandatory protections or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law.
We may update this page for future use and purchases. The terms and agreed product description applicable when you placed an order remain relevant to that order; later updates do not remove existing rights.
